2013 Fall Fair / Rekindle Tecumseh’s Vision Gathering | Volunteer activity list

Please select an activity area you would like to volunteer. Indicate day(s) of availability: return to the timeframe you are able to volunteer your time. A detailed time schedule will be developed and volunteers will be updated. If there is a specific time you are able to volunteer please notify i.e. Mornings, afternoons, etc.

1. REGISTRATION / INFORMATION BOOTH

  • Fall Fair category registration & Tecumseh Gathering survey
  • Attendance count

2. PARKING TENANTS

  • Attend designated parking areas
  • Insure safe parking
  • Time schedule will be developed to offer shifts

3. GROUND KEEPERS: SET-UP/CLEAN-UP CREW

  • Set-up/clean-up workshop areas, tables, chairs etc.
  • Insure grounds remain clean at all times
  • Set-up/take down tables & chairs when required

4. SECURITY

  • Provide safe environment & theft prevention
  • Security must be present from dusk to dawn

5. BINGO RUNNERS

  • Saturday afternoon

6. PHOTO/VIDEOGRAPHY

  • Will be required to handle video documenting equipment so experience is preferred
  • Photography/video documentation of conference
